The App allows you to create, sequence, and save musical data locally on your device. We do not back up this data on any external servers. We are not responsible for any loss of songs, sequences, or data due to App crashes, device failure, or uninstallation of the App.
The App provides prompt templates that you can copy and paste into third-party artificial intelligence services. We do not control these third-party services and make no guarantees regarding the quality, copyright status, or safety of the content they generate. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the generated output.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, be error-free, or maintain a flawless Bluetooth connection with your hardware at all times. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App or connected hardware.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
